My son is here. I like to visit this place the grounds are always clean. I hate they closed the office and placed porter potty near the entrance but the people who work here are helpful and they even follow up when u submit a request. Lost my son in 2014 been coming for more than 10 years

Sandra in The Mount Hope Cemetery admin office was extremely helpful in locating a relative buried in their cemetery. Not only locating the person, but she put in a work order request for the groundskeeper to go out and take a photo if there’s a headstone. Wonderful service thank you!

Today April 17 I stopped by the new office at Mounthope Cemetery. I have spoken with Anna couple weeks ago and she was so nice friendly polite concern about my family and I need and was able to answer all of the questions that I had asked. I had told her I was gonna stop by to meet her in person. I was so overwhelmed when I walked into the new office door. It took my breath away of happiness, great feeling beautiful Great I was so impressed. I have been coming to this site for 25+ years and was so happy to see how beautiful the new office site is I felt very comfortable. I feel very warm. The receptionist was pleasant Annie either had the time since she wasn’t with a client to show me different rooms and you guys have did a great improvement and I appreciate you for taking care of my loved ones out there at their new residence this is Shirley Bester-Lark. The improvement is 100% due to the little office that was out there on the gray site which made you feel so stuff now you have enough room to breathe privacy and a beautiful site to walk into where it’s not spooky. Keep up the good work..

This is the fastest service I have received from Mt. Hope Cemetery. The flowers look beautiful! Now, I need to see more lush grass on the grave sites. My brother has been there 5 years and still there is no grass growing. It looks bad!

I love my son’s flower basket when I made the purchase online I overpaid. And the nice lady at the office called me to let me know. I appreciate her honesty. Working with Annie was a very easy process. She helped with providing a visual of what my loved one’s headstone would look like and she was very kind. She’s very sweet and she is definitely doing the Lord‘s work. She genuinely has the capacity for working with families during their time of Grief whether recent or if it’s been a little bit longer than that. My love one has been resting for a little over a year and a half. Annie exudes a large capacity of empathy. I hope that others that work within Mount Hope are taking some tips from her on how to work with families.

Cherese was so wonderful and sweet,she took her time walking me through every step of the way,she made me feel like family!! Cherese also introduced me to Rosalyn who was in training since November who was also a joy to work with to❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I went to my grandfather‘s gravesite yesterday for the first time , decided to pull into the Mt. Hope Cemetery .
a day the roads were very icy from snowfall . I didn’t think much about The road conditions but as I was leaving to go home, , I turned left on the road, but the car slid to the right & stuck in the snow. I began shoveling with the shovel snow from around the tire That’s all I can think of to do, but then I saw a truck come down the street and it had a guy in it and he told me he was gonna call his friend that worked with him and they were gonna try to push me out, could not believe I got stuck in the snow with my 93-year-old grandmother in the car.
But thanks to two groundsmen Joey and Eddie. They stuck around and help me get out by pushing the car, even driving the car at one point to help me get out of the cemetery before it closed. I honestly cannot think these two gentlemen enough for their consideration dedication and support . Thank you very much for helping me and my 93 year old grandmother get out safely. Also, can’t forget , the guys that helped me find the gravesite. They came with shovels to remove the snow got it done in a few minutes. Great experience overall the staff should promote these men .

Anthony of Mount Hope assisted with the arrangements for my husband’s burial. He showed compassion throughout the planning of the funeral.. I was impressed with his professionalism so I began planning for my own burial. He explained how I could save money and avoid future costly expenses. I would recommend Mount Hope if you are in need of a cemetery.

My mom picture on her headstone was fading and I contacted Mount Hope about the issue and they fixed it very quickly and did an excellent job. The picture is now back to normal.thank you.

Ms.Annie was so helpful and helped me and grandma to find beautiful headstones for my older cousin who passed back in 2009. She was very polite and easy to understand.
