Great Customer service as far as clarity of the concerns regarding my mother’s grave site local& Headstone. The clerk addressed my concerns with curtesy, care, & respect. She also followed up with a confirmation text as she stated she would. I didn’t quite catch her full name but, I believe it began with a “ G” however THANK YOU!!!! Ms. 👌🏻😇

We sadly misplaced the location of our dad’s grave site in Mount Hope Cemetery in Chicago so I contacted the cemetery online text resource.
