I recently requested maps for my grandmother and uncles plots at Mt.Hope. The maps were sent via text in a timely manner. Thank you.I visited the cemetery the 1st week of June this year and asked about these particular plots. I was given the info I needed, but also paid for a basket of flowers to be put on my grandmother's plot. I requested a photo after it was done, but never received the photo. I was told that it would take a week or so because they had locate her plot, it's not marked. And now they are clearing/cleaning all flowers and such.Did I pay for nothing? Did a photo get taken and not sent to me. My info was given at the front desk. I am from out of town and the basket of flowers had to be ordered, since they didnt have any in stock. As nice as everyone was, I don't want to put a blemish on the office personnel for not fulfilling my request. I understand that those flower arrangements could be knocked down from weather. I just wanted that photo to put with her memorial.I hope someone will respond to this.Thank you,Brenda Chapman Wilson
Response from the owner: Hi Brenda,Thank you for your recent review and for bringing this matter to our attention. We appreciate your kind words about our staff! But we sincerely apologize for the oversight in not sending you the photo of the flower arrangement placed on your grandmother’s plot. We understand how important this is to you, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. We did indeed place the basket of flowers as requested, but unfortunately, we did not follow through with sending the photo as promised. This was an unintentional lapse on our part. The photo was sent to you this weekend, and it is still several weeks until our fall cleanup so the flowers will remain in place until then. Thank you for your understanding, and once again, we apologize for any distress this may have caused. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly if you have any further questions or concerns at (708) 371-2818 or mounthope@troostcems.com.
