I went to my grandfather‘s gravesite yesterday for the first time , decided to pull into the Mt. Hope Cemetery .
a day the roads were very icy from snowfall . I didn’t think much about The road conditions but as I was leaving to go home, , I turned left on the road, but the car slid to the right & stuck in the snow. I began shoveling with the shovel snow from around the tire That’s all I can think of to do, but then I saw a truck come down the street and it had a guy in it and he told me he was gonna call his friend that worked with him and they were gonna try to push me out, could not believe I got stuck in the snow with my 93-year-old grandmother in the car.
But thanks to two groundsmen Joey and Eddie. They stuck around and help me get out by pushing the car, even driving the car at one point to help me get out of the cemetery before it closed. I honestly cannot think these two gentlemen enough for their consideration dedication and support . Thank you very much for helping me and my 93 year old grandmother get out safely. Also, can’t forget , the guys that helped me find the gravesite. They came with shovels to remove the snow got it done in a few minutes. Great experience overall the staff should promote these men .

Thank you for your assistance in the selection of our Dad's headstone. The staff was professional.

Anthony of Mount Hope assisted with the arrangements for my husband’s burial. He showed compassion throughout the planning of the funeral.. I was impressed with his professionalism so I began planning for my own burial. He explained how I could save money and avoid future costly expenses. I would recommend Mount Hope if you are in need of a cemetery.

My mom picture on her headstone was fading and I contacted Mount Hope about the issue and they fixed it very quickly and did an excellent job. The picture is now back to normal.thank you.

Ms.Annie was so helpful and helped me and grandma to find beautiful headstones for my older cousin who passed back in 2009. She was very polite and easy to understand.

Ma. Cherese was extremely helpful at assisting me with the burial process for my loved one and went above and beyond with helping me to locate another loved one who was buried at Mt. Hope Cemetary more than 10 years ago.

I pre-planned with Mt. Hope in 1998 and again in 2022. When my Mom passed in 2023, it was a relief knowing interment arrangements were paid. I have worked with Jill since my Mom passed. Any purchases (vase) or grounds work I requested were handled by Jill with the utmost efficiency and satisfaction. All of that is very important but what Jill did once when I called, brought me joy. We hadn’t talked in a long time so I was about to give Jill my Mother’s name. Jill said my Mom’s full name before I could say it. That not only showed Jill is attentive to customers , but she remains attentive to our loved ones. If I could give Jill ten stars I would. Thank you Jill!!!
