The request to have the headstones of my loved ones raised was completed timely and with precision. Thanks to Sandra, the staff who processed my request with expediency! Also, when I could not find the plot locations on my own, the Ground Attendant was kind, patient, and stayed with me until each plot was located and answered all my questions!

Ma. Cherese was extremely helpful at assisting me with the burial process for my loved one and went above and beyond with helping me to locate another loved one who was buried at Mt. Hope Cemetary more than 10 years ago.

I pre-planned with Mt. Hope in 1998 and again in 2022. When my Mom passed in 2023, it was a relief knowing interment arrangements were paid. I have worked with Jill since my Mom passed. Any purchases (vase) or grounds work I requested were handled by Jill with the utmost efficiency and satisfaction. All of that is very important but what Jill did once when I called, brought me joy. We hadn’t talked in a long time so I was about to give Jill my Mother’s name. Jill said my Mom’s full name before I could say it. That not only showed Jill is attentive to customers , but she remains attentive to our loved ones. If I could give Jill ten stars I would. Thank you Jill!!!

5 stars to Gianna for properly taking the time to design my fathers headstone. After 6 years of grieving, I finally was met with someone who embraced my emotions and cared for my opinion which she created a safe space to freely express my wants and gave professional suggestions along the way. Not only did she provide comfort she also took me and my mom to our loved one grave site to show us where he was located. Thank you so much Gianna, your energy and spirit was nothing short of amazing.

I was very upset cus I couldn’t see my baby on her headstone, I went into office and talked to Santa, her concern about my baby’s headstone seemed genuine and sincere, she took my info I was informed that they was working on it the whole process, ty soooooo much Sandra for ur caring of my loved one and myself, I was very upset and she got the job done, great employee ty💙

Dreka was amazing she helped me find my wife’s Mom with no problems even though I came in at 3:55 because of the long drive she was still able to help me . Told me about programs to help out with a tombstone 🪦 she was amazing. God Bless her she’s a wonderful asset to your Company.

Mount Hope Cemetery did a wonderful job in helping me select everything for my loved one. The meeting was on time. Everyone was professional. I am glad I trusted them for their services.

The lady at the desk Dreka was so helpful and very knowledgeable. She went over and beyond to help me. She got the job done. Visiting the cemetery is always hard, but even when I was sad, she made me feel a little better. Her customer service is awesome. I wish customer service was like this everywhere.

My Mother recently passed and I must say Gianna provided 5-star service throughout the entire process. She provided valuable input from start to finish from selecting head stone design through pricing out a plot. She even went above and beyond by putting flowers on my mom’s grave until the head stone arrives. Her hospitality, kindness, and knowledge made the entire process run so smoothly and she deserves recognition. Gianna is a top-notch professional! I haven't been here in years, so I called the day ahead. I spoke to Jill, an awesome lady. She went above and beyond the call of duty! Took us to the graves of my family. Here we found Carlos and Augustine, in the drizzling rain working on our family's headstones so we could take pictures....I had to cry! They were so accommodating and respectful of our loved ones!
